A luxurious lineup including a cold yellowtail shabu-shabu hotpot, our specialty live squid sashimi, grilled beef tongue with salt sauce, grilled silver cod with mirin, a platter of five carefully selected sashimi, and three pieces of nigiri sushi to finish off the day!
